Anurag is based in New York and plays an instrumental role in overseeing the overall financial management of the company.
Doug Vaughn serves as Strategic Advisor to our company. He brings significant operational, financial and strategic experience to our team. He currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for Triangle Capital Corporation, a NYSE listed company focused on debt and equity investing in middle market companies. He is also the founder and managing member of Tricolor Cleantech Capital, LLC, an investor in JanaJal. Additionally, Mr. Vaughn serves as Founder and managing member of Piedmont Market Products, LLC, a designer and distributor of branded products sold primarily through grocery and e-commerce channels.
Mr. Vaughn has served in various senior management positions in the United States, Europe and Asia for publicly traded multinational companies as well as smaller, privately held businesses. He has served on numerous for-profit and not for profit boards with current positions on the Salvation Army Regional Board of Advisors and as Chairman of the Board of Recovery Logistics, Inc and Site Resources, Inc, major service providers for large utility and telecommunication companies.

Sudhir Sharma has handled staff, instructional and diplomatic assignments, including the command of the world’s largest operational force, Head of logistics and Defence Attaché in United Kingdom, with distinguished leadership. A graduate of Staff College, Camberley, he is an acknowledged thought leader and expert on logistics, defence, homeland and corporate security. He speaks at international forums like Global Economic Summit, Global Arab Summit, Global India Summit, Asia Economic Forum, and Ideas on India. He brings with him a deep understanding of different states and regions in India, along with invaluable knowledge of managing field logistics that are vital for the installation, commissioning and operation of ATMs across the country.
With 35 years of rich & versatile experience in Telecommunications, Pharma, Academics, Agri-Logistics and Water Management at senior management positions, Praveen is an MBA graduate from IMT. He was actively engaged with the Ministry of Telecommunications in development and implementation of Billing & MIS System for more than 1000 exchanges all over India in the early 90s. His deep understanding of water treatment and purification technologies, along with his project execution capability, is the keystone of JanaJal’s success. Praveen’s inclusive approach to execution backed by an astute understanding of various regions in India is critical and helps in mitigating all operational challenges, thereby ensuring adherence to project timelines.
The National Spokesperson for and a member of BJP since 2015, Shazia has been a TV journalist and renowned anchor in media for over a decade. She joined the Anna Hazare movement and was a core member of India Against Corruption, and is presently Vice President, BJP Delhi and a renowned gender activist.
A thorough professional, Piyali has gained invaluable experience in the field of journalism for over two decades. She was special correspondent (lifestyle and entertainment) at Delhi Times – Times of India. She holds a post graduate course in Journalism and mass communication from Mumbai University. Her forte has been celebrity profiling, breaking news, nightlife parties and sports. Piyali is an integral part of the JanaJal think tank and advises the company on its press and media strategy based on her rich experience. She is a trained classical dancer, fitness freak and loves travelling.
With a Masters in English Literature and certified Educator from The Harvard School, USA, Tina is responsible for Corporate Development at JanaJal. Over 20 years, she has gained valuable experience across production and execution of events, conducting creative and artistic workshops for children, teaching under-privileged children at Akanksha Foundation and also training teachers at various government schools in Pune. She has worked extensively in educating the masses on Diabetes awareness besides advocating nature, environment and wildlife conservation through educational gaming and science programmes for Junior Explorers, a US based corporation. Tina works closely with various CSR partners and in-house CSR and media teams to ensure implementation of the programs on the ground.
Amit V Awasthi is a lawyer by profession and has an expertise in rendering corporate advisory in negotiating, and structuring commercial transactions, including inter-alia collaborations, licenses, agency, distributorship and marketing arrangements, procurement and manufacturing contracts, franchise arrangements, etc and preparing diverse documentation including inter-alia joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, share subscription/share purchase agreements, technology transfer/license agreements, trademark license agreements, non-compete arrangements, voting trusts, escrow arrangements, etc.

Dr. Rachna Dave Is Head - Quality Control and is responsible for monitoring quality control parameters at all JanaJal Water ATMs across India and implement remedial measures. She is trained microbiologist by profession having vast experience in developing R&D based solutions for microbial control. After completing her doctoral studies at NYU, She joined as a staff scientist at the prestigious Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and worked there for 6 years. She has successfully developed "Bacto “ which is a solution to control bacteria in the water.
Kapil Sharma is a Senior IT Management professional with over 20 years of experience in leading solution design, technical support and business development for customers like ICRA, Jubilant and Shyam Telecom. Steering end-to-end stakeholder management and driving organizational growth for technology products with a proactive, dynamic and result-oriented approach, he has a passion for delivering results and building innovative strategies.

Having supervised more than 100 installations across India with UF based systems, he is currently involved in execution of water ATM projects. His strength lies in ground clearance and dealing with various government departments.

Anjani Kumar is a qualified Technician and has earned command over monitoring and functioning of PCBs installed in Water ATMs. He is working as a Site Engineer and is actively involved in the installation, Testing and Commissioning of Water ATMs on Railway Platforms in Mumbai.
With a post-graduate degree in Finance from IGNOU and a diploma in Graphic Design, Babita has 3 years of work experience in the industry. Thriving upon her key strengths of team building and quick learning, she handles statutory documentation, vendor & team communication, and various HR responsibilities.
A post-graduate in Development studies from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Kritika brings experience in Social & Corporate sector from organizations such as CRY & Saint-Gobain.
