While placing the order for recharge through JanaJal Mobile Application, we shall require franchisee name, email address; phone number and billing address to create master data and match it with details filled up in franchisee’s KYC ( Know your customer) application. This information is only for the billing and shipping process and would be accessed by selected staff members with authorized identity codes.
Once franchisee effects the fund transfer through payment gateway into the company’s account, he/she will automatically get confirmation on mobile by SMS and/or email. The card will be recharged within 24 hours of credit of payment into our account.
If franchisee does not see the payment confirmation email, he/she can check bulk/spam bin as sometimes the email may be filtered by email providers or call the 24X7 helpdesk.
To ensure proper communication, it is necessary that the email address provided by franchisee is correct. This will be verified and validated during the KYC process.
The personal information will never be sold, rented or released to any third party that is not involved in the transaction and delivery process. We may send only flyers, promotional offers or newsletters to franchisee mailing address or to your e-mail address which is relevant to our services.
When franchisee places an order online, personal information and debit/credit card information are encrypted using high-grade SSL encryption used by PayTM (our payment gateway partners) before being sent over the internet. We do not store or cache any payment related information of our users directly or indirectly on our servers.
